Advance NetSolutions guarantees the purchased products to be free of all defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Accompanying proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims. Faulty goods must be returned to the place of purchase for servicing or an authorised service centre.

Warranty Registration

ANPL (Advance Netsolutions Pty. Ltd.) offers a twelve month warranty on hardware subject to the respective terms and conditions and warranties of the relevant manufacturers. For the warranty to be applicable the customer will have to submit the Product Warranty Registration form at the bottom of this page within 10 business days after purchase of the said product, this warranty is not transferrable and extends to the original end user of the equipment only.


Extended Warranty

ANPL also offers a Extended Warranty for hardware. Under this policy ANPL provides an exchange service whereby ANPL in conjunction with the reseller arranges to pick up a faulty item covered under Extended Warranty and delivers a replacement unit. The replacement unit may not be new but taken from a "pool" of exchange units that are covered under the same terms as your existing warranty. So, if your hardware was covered under you existing warranty for say 4 months, then the exchange unit will also be covered for the same 4 month period. To be eligible for coverage under Extended Warranty you must pay the fee applicable for the extended warranty .
